Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe-hosted portal and select Cancel plan. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period — your paid features remain available until that date, and you will not be billed again.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not issue automatic prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you have been billed in error, or you cancelled and were charged for the following month due to a technical issue, email hello@sunshinehawk.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
Outside the 14-day window, refund decisions are made case-by-case at our discretion. We aim to be reasonable; we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your card issuer, please email us first. The vast majority of billing issues are resolved within one business day by direct refund. Chargebacks cost us per-incident fees and may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.
Free tier
The Free tier never charges you, and never will. There is nothing to refund.
Service-level commitments
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. If a paid subscription is impacted by an outage that exceeds 24 continuous hours, we will issue a service credit equal to one day’s prorated fee, on request via email.
